No child sexual abuse or exploitation

Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on this site and its apps: what is prohibited, how to report, and what we do.

01Scope

This page applies to the libreAdam website and its apps, including Cloudtown (web, iOS, Android). In Cloudtown, users can send each other messages, images, voice messages and posts; these standards mainly concern those features.

02Prohibited content and conduct

The following are prohibited, whether public or private, and whether presented as a joke or fiction:

  • Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, drawings, AI-generated images and written descriptions.
  • Sexualized descriptions of or comments about minors.
  • Grooming: building a relationship with a minor in order to make sexual contact, obtain intimate images, or meet in person.
  • Threatening a minor with intimate images (sextortion).
  • Trading, requesting or distributing any of the above, or pointing others to where it can be obtained.

03Age

  • Cloudtown is for users aged 18 and over.
  • This site is not directed at children under 13.
  • Accounts found to belong to minors have their social features disabled or are deleted.

04Checks before content is shown

  • Images in chats and posts, and profile photos, are checked by a model before they are shown; those that fail are not shown to anyone.
  • Voice messages are transcribed and the text is checked the same way.
  • If the check service fails, the content is not sent.

05How to report

  • In the app, choose "Report" on a message, post or comment.
  • You can block the other person. After blocking, you no longer see their messages and their friend requests do not reach you.
  • You can also email us with the other person's name or account, the content and the time. Emails about child safety are handled first.

06What happens after a report

  • Reported content is reviewed by a model; unless it is judged acceptable, it is hidden from everyone immediately.
  • The site administrator reviews the reported content and both accounts.
  • Where child sexual abuse or exploitation is confirmed, we remove the content, ban the account, preserve the necessary evidence, and report it to Cybertip.ca (Canada), NCMEC (United States) or the relevant local law enforcement.
  • We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
